In the (festive) spirit of helping as many people to #BeeActiveBeeHealthyBeeHappy as possible in December, The Running Bee is holding a virtual edition of its popular Jingle Bee Jog – all to support our amazing NHS.
Going live today, festive runners will have the whole month to walk, jog, run or even take a leisurely stroll to complete the 5km fun run.
The race costs just £10 to enter with all profits going to support NorthCare Charity, which helps the Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) provide outstanding care across Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Salford.
The NCA provides a range of healthcare services across communities and Salford Royal, The Royal Oldham Hospital, Fairfield General Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary.
Participants will also receive a limited-edition medal by post once they’ve completed their challenge.
The Jingle Bee Jog is set to be a fun event for the festive season, with no times taken and everyone is welcome.
So why not dig out the Santa suit and get the whole family bubble dashing through the streets?
